I'm in Erie for the better part of a month, and my schedule isn't really going to allow cooking to happen. It was a relief to find out that Erie has a Jimmy John's!
If you know JJ's, you'll get what you're looking for here. No frills, but a solid sub sandwich with good ingredients made very quickly. I got takeout, but I imagine the delivery lives up to my expectations from other locations. I'm personally a fan of the beach club.
Gourmet subs are better found elsewhere, but if you're looking for a good meat/cheese/veggies sandwich in a hurry, Jimmy John's always comes through. -

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered sandwiches on the app from the road. Arrived at location and they were out of bread. Sent a guy to a nearby location to pick up bread, his car got flat tire. Could not refund my order, offered a card for a free sandwich only valid at this location, useless to me since I live in another state....
Still waiting.....

45 minutes later, no sandwiches.......
Finally, bread they baked was ready. As we drive away, 2 of our sandwich orders were wrong -

This was my favorite sub joint... I used to stop in frequent when I lived in the area. Came to town the other day and stopped in with my mom. We walk in and 3 employees were behind the counter. I started to order and the employee was rather short and as my mom was ordering he would cut her off and clearly didn't seem to friendly. We proceed to wait for our food... the one employee slaps our sub up on the counter and my mother asked can it be placed in a bag to go please. His response was sure the bags are right there. Behind the counter the bags lay. I look over and my mother is forced to bag our food to go herself. Clearly my mom is not on there payroll and yet she's doing there job! If it wasn't for there food being good I wouldn't return just because I have a sour taste in my mouth... note to management of the branch... Do your job and know you hire shit people.... rant

Not the worst fast food restaurant, decently clean. Staff is not completely rude however every time I make sure to tip and either they never notice it or never say thank you. Also do not order extra tuna, because regardless of if you pay for extra or not you will get the same amount of meat. Not terrible but not great, work for improvement definitely not the best Jimmy johns in Erie

A year ago, the food and service from this location were great. The last three visits (2017) were very disappointing. The quality of the delivered product was below the normal jimmy John's standard that I've grown accustomed to. There was rap music blaring in the background while the workers spoke bad about the customers. For example, I overheard a female worker say " I'm not going to give good service to someone if they don't give me a good tip". I do not plan on returning to this location.
